A clear photo with good lighting works best. Make sure your pet's face is visible and not blurry. You don't need a pro camera — a normal smartphone photo is perfect.
Can I preview my design before it's made?
Yes. You'll receive a digital preview so you can make sure everything looks great. If you need small changes, you can request them before the final product is created.
Can I use an older photo?
Yes. Older photos are fine as long as they're clear enough for us to see your pet's features. If we ever think a photo may cause issues, we'll let you know before we begin.
What happens after I place my order?
